    Ok so here goes,i have rang eircom about this before and they said it wasn't on their end..which it is!!

    I can only get the 1024k at tops using eircom,i have a good pc and all software is updated so i decided to bring my computer to a UPC customers house and got the 2048k easy so it's not my pc or software

    Can you please update that on your end (Eircom) as watching sports on Rte player in 1024k is not great quality,the 2048k is double the quality..

    The Streaming quality is usually based on speeds, if you run a speed test what is the download speed result?
