can't print powering rewards voucher

Hi,

I tried to print out my voucher for Woodies DIY energy saver lightbulb but my printer was unable to print the page as it wasn’t working properly. When I went back in to print it I was unable to do so and it said I already redeemed this voucher. Can you please help rectify this problem?
