What to do with this - Keeps popping up

Its a Vodafone mini4 (Alcatel) phone which I unlocked and using it on Meteor network. Have the phone for 6 or more months but since last week I keep getting this screeen. Looks like a phone update, I think, Do I need this and what should I choose, Auto or Manu
