    Hi everyone,
    I'm very interested in self defence and have always wanted to take a class but there was never any available where I lived, I have now moved to Cork as of last week to study and would love to know what options are available to me if anyone has any ideas. I am a complete beginner and have not done any kind of classes like this before, as I am a student I can't afford something ridiculous either, I am a female and would prefer to take a class only available to other women but mixed suggestions would be much appreciated too.
