new account, cannot use email address

    Good Morning
    I have just opened a new account online with you.

    I am married, and live with my wife,
    we use the same email address for everything.

    The new account is under my name.
    I previously had an account with you in my wifes name, we were online with you and so the old details are still there under our shared email address.

    I am trying to add my new account onto my email address I already have with you.
    but have received a reply this morning saying they cannot do this as the name on the new account is different to that of the online account already active.

    how can I proceed?

    Could you send us the following details by private message please?
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
    • The email address you wish to use

    We will then be able to look into your query.
