    Hi there,

I got mortgage this month and bought the house.
I'm just wondering if I'm eligible for Mortgage Interest Relief (Tax Relief at Source) as I was trying to register online for Mortgage Interest Relief (Tax Relief at Source) but when I type in my Mortgage account number, it gives me below error and won't let me go further.

Check Account Number. Format for this lender is like: 0001234567 (10 digit account number with 3 or 4 leading zeros)1/50023456/01 (1 digit/8 digits commencing 5/2 digits)0012345678/9401 (10 digits/4 digits commencing 5 or 3 not accepted)1/40012345/01(Mid 2006 Digit 1/8 digits commencing 4/2 digits 02 is top-up)985012/01123456 (April 2004 6 digit sort code of 985012/8 digit account number).

Whereas I am writing correct mortgage code that was given to me by my bank.

Any help / guidance would be appreciated.

    Regards,
