Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Boards.ie Nicola is a closed account so I cannot PM them asking for information regarding why they cannot be discussed. Can anyone tell me why? Surely boards.ie is a way of getting information about good/bad insurance companies out there. I'm sure if I had better information on a certain company I wouldn't have fallen into the trap it seems so many have and now have to fork out for a huge vets' bills I thought would be covered by my pets insurance.

Discussion is only banned for that one specific company. This usually arises because the company have issued some kind of cease and desist letter or otherwise made a complaint.

Ah right...thanks for your reply. Not a good sign so when that happens. Shows a lot of people must be unhappy with them...myself included at this point..
