Windows 10 File Explorer - setting options?

When I click on File Explorer in Windows 10, it always opens at Quick Access. Is it possible to get it to open every-time at This PC? Thanks. D.

Yes you can. I don't have a Windows 10 machine in front of me but it's a drop down menu in Folder Options on the General tab.
