Can I confirm if address is eligible for Eir Fibre broadband

    Hi, my mother got a call from Eir telling her it would be best for her to go onto a new broadband and phone plan and she asked me to check it out for her. However when I put in the phone number on your website, it advises that the new Fibre won't be up and running until 2016. Can I PM to confirm whether the account is eligible. Thanks
