Cancellation email

    My mother rang this morning to cancel her contract when it ends next month and was given the following address ( cancellations@eir.ie ) to send the cancellation email to but has now received an automated email saying this address could not be found. Would it be possible to send me the correct email via pm so I can send it again for her?
    I can pm her account details if necessary so you can verify that she has contacted by phone to cancel.

    The correct email address for cancellations is phonecancellations@eir.ie 

    I'm not sure why the agent gave you the incorrect one, apologies for the inconvenience caused.
