I've two Canon 580 EX II's and I'm having issues using them as master and slave. I set one to Master and the other to Slave - straight forward enough. I am not sure if this would cause it but any chance one of them is set to second / rear curtain sync ? The symbol on the flash lcd is like 3 little triangles.
