I have been doing Tri's now for 6+ years and finished this season last Saturday with my 2nd Ironman. i love training but as of from now my spare time is going to be really cut as my eldest daughter (11) is now in the cadet swimming squad so her swimming has gone from 1-2 days a weeks to 4-5 days a week, my other 2 smallies…
