Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I read something online last night, was on the independent site but was fed thru one of the regional papers, I'll see if I can find the link again.
It said that the council have been given a grant to buy up, build or renovate their current stock of houses in order to increase the quantity of council houses in the county.
Would anyone know who to approach about this as we are putting ours up for sale and we are just looking to see what they would offer. The piece mentioned that the average would be about 70k.

I'll go look for the link
