Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone taken out a subscription to the bean society?

Couldn't find much info about the weight of the bag of coffee you get each month etc. €10 per month seems an ok price though.

Lost me when they misspelled Colombia in the first paragraph. Unless the university of Columbia is now producing coffee.

On a more serious note it looks ok, but I wouldn't be a fan of Java republic in general. The Hario + Areopress is good if you currently just use instant and are looking to get into better coffee. The coffee only subscription, I'd want to know a bit more about the coffees and how long between roast date and when they send you the coffee.

Can't seem to see anywhere if the coffee they send has a roast date on it and how recent that is.

I'd nearly prefer the 3fe sub if I was to go with one as I know they offer a vareity of very good coffees every month and roasted only a few days previous (€10 more over the course of the year).
