Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Watching it on TV, but tried Sky go and it worked fine, just over a minute behind the TV service is all.

Lovely finish and nice stuff from Mephis too.

Southampton seem to have throw the towel in. Really weird.

United winning now is a lost cause

Only once have we done a comeback in the league under LVG

    Twice maybe

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,754 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

Martial should have got a free.

Yeah, working grand. Slows down the odd time but I'd put that down to my connection.

I haven't heard "we do what we want" song in 2 or 3 years

@Essien.... what browser, browser version and silverlight version are you using mate?

They have resorted to just pulling at Martial now.

    They can't cope with him.

Martial seems to have everything in his game. What a prospect

Come on ref. If that's a dive then that's a yellow card!

Surely Mane should be booked if it's not a penalty?

Southampton are their own worst enemy here

This game is really pleasing: United winning after being a goal down away, scoring three goals (so far) away, Martial continuing his emergence as a really excellent striker, and United bossing the game apart from a 20 minute spell in the first half. And it will mean less negativity for a couple of hours/days. All round good news.

All its missing is Rooney getting a goal.

Take him off before they break him

  • Posts: 0 Albert Sour Wing

Martial man of the match imo

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,048 ✭✭✭Unearthly

Could really do with a Rooney goal to top of this game

Haven't we used all subs? Maybe it would benefit us to play with 10 :)

Ok lets not get cocky ha

Dare I say Tony v playing well!?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,850 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

What's pleasing also although I might not be obvious is the tempo of our play. Slowing down when we need to but attacking with pace and lots of quick passing and interchanges. Better running off the ball and support and options for the player with the ball. Good to see.

    Good sportmanship.

No just the opposition not playing.

    Rooney getting a bolocking :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,948 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

I hope LVG is telling Rooney to get the **** forward. He passes the ball out wide and then plays as the support player. We have the central mids for that job. Get forward and put pressure on the defenders please!!

Martial, excellent goal scorer and all round nice guy it seems.

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,754 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

Martial scores for fun, and helps the opposition with the cramp he has given them.

    are you actually serious???

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,754 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

Rooney could do with scoring now. Won't hold my breath, 10 months since last away goal in the league.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,924 ✭✭✭KH25

McNair shouldn't have been brought on.

Did we only make two subs?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,632 ✭✭✭✭Sand

United need to calm down - giving away needless freekicks and clearing long under no pressure. They held off Southampton easily for the past 20 minutes - just need to take a deep breath and get passing again.
