    Admin, sorry if this is not right place, please move it to the right place as i could not find any other place.

    I am buying an apt in cork where the building has its own insurance covered in the management fee. Before i draw out mortgage, i need insurance.

    What kind of insurance Aib will need?
    Content or both content and building.

    How can i go about getting one, any idea?
    How much will it be per year, any help, thank you

    The management insurance only covers the building. You need seperate insurance to cover your contents.
