Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi folks,

We have a landline with eir. We are thinking about leaving eir.
I think are under a 30 day rolling contract so I guess we can leave anytime.

The reason as to why we are leaving is that other providers for phone are cheaper and give more bang for the buck..

If we switch to sky or upc for phone, what is the process to leave eir and get our number switched over to another provider?

One final question, is there an cancellation fee involved?

    Thanks

    Hi spannerism,

You would need to log a call with our cancellation team on 1901 and they'll advise of all.

If you are out of contract they will be no fee.

    Thanks

    Tracey
