    I signed up with Eircom, basic package Phone and Broadband, the Broadband in our area is very poor quality.

    My basic package was 128.00 euro

    My last bill 150.50

    My latest bill 227.10 includes excess broadband usage !!!


    I do not download, movies, music etc

    I have not changed my working routine.

    I think I need to change my provider
