Transaction Declined

    Tried to complete a purchase online earlier but the transaction was declined (I do have sufficient funds in my account). I recently had to request a new pincode (ATM, POS) for my debit card as I forgot my last one and I am wondering if this is is stopping me completing transactions online until the time I receive my pincode and "activate" it at an ATM?

    Any clarity on this issue would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Having your card PIN reissued would not block your card from making transactions.

    To confirm why your card would not make payment please call BOI Direct on 0818365365 & a representative with account access will be happy to check your bank account.
