Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I want to buy a present for a friend of mine - he's just got into biking and bought a nice bike and good gear etc. I'm not really sure what he has exactly in terms of gear and accessories- but I'd like to buy him something bike related. Max €100 but maybe less and I'll buy him some beer too haha.

I was thinking a back protector as I saw a good deal on one. Something he probably would not have already. Or maybe a bike accessory.

Can anyone think of some suggestions?
    Thanks

Depending on how hands-on he'll be, tools such as a torque wrench if he doesn't already have one? Maybe a battery optimiser?

    Heated grips maybe

Not sure how much it was, but if it'll be his pride and joy Muck-off do a bike cleaning set... sprays and cloths and brushes etc.

Depends on what he picked up but how about some luggage ? Surely theres a nice Tank bag out there for sub €100

If he's new to biking extra training would be the biggest benefit for him. It's only Initial Basic Training that he's done, the name gives away it's goals.
