    Hi

I'm looking to get an average cost of plastering a new block build house.
Lets say there is 550m2 of actual internal wall to plaster. 12mm sand and cement plaster finish with 3mm skim also.
What would be an average m2 cost for labour and materials?

I have a few quotes from builders and just want to see that their plastering figures are not overly expensive/cheap.

    Thanks

Recently plastered inside for 3.5k labour ex VAT. Materials were approx 2.5 (include vat) to include sand, cement, skim, slabs, metac insulation for stud wall etc

Was that 12mm with 3mm skim? Roughly what was m2?

Two builders quotes have included plastering of 18k and 16k, excluding VAT.
I though this looked very expensive for 550m2.

Sand and cement and skim to block walls. Skim to stud upstairs.

    2200 sq foot house.
Wall area for sand cement, skim = aprox 300m2 wall area
Skim only for ceilings and stud work 300m2 (they had to slab it also).

They were cheap enough really. Took them 3 of them roughly 9 days id say.
