Burden transfer?

Hi, Bought a house out of a lot of three in Jan 2014. Took until now to get finalised in the land registry and worringly, a burden (charge for present and future advances...) got transferred on from the original lot of 3. The burden is still present on the remaining two houses as well, but it was never on the cards to buy…

Hi,

Bought a house out of a lot of three in Jan 2014. Took until now to get finalised in the land registry and worringly, a burden (charge for present and future advances...) got transferred on from the original lot of 3. The burden is still present on the remaining two houses as well, but it was never on the cards to buy this house with a burden on it. The solicitor was not available for a comment so far.

This can't be correct?
