    lottery.
    it helps to have several devices ready (eg, PCs, laptops, tablets, phones), and have the details of everyone in your group that you're buying for laid out in a Word document, as well as credit card and address details so you can just copy&paste them in. preferable if other people are trying for you too.
    otherwise, it's just the luck of the draw, internet speed makes pretty much no difference.
