Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Site seems to be on the blink for me, I can see my team but not the scores underneath where you'd be able to check the detailed stats.

I'd say he could Nick one if that stays the winning goal

Only1.8% ownership for Dawson. I can live with that.

    Blow it up ref.

Sure you were at it from kick off with jinx style posting.

I know, but at least there is a silver lining, especially with so few cs this week

I'm sorry, but that first half was as bad as I've seen tbf

Just getting a chance to check the score, no West Brom clean sheet :D All I needed in this game!

If the game finishes the way it is, I'll win a couple of monthly awards. If Berahino/Barkley/Lukaku gets involved again, I think I'll lose both :(

    EDIT: Ah bollocks

Lukaku nailed for 3 baps after that assist. Kone goal

    Another point less for Pulisball.

    And Jonny Evans injured.

Differential fpl won't sync, something must be up with the site all right.

Terrible goalkeeping. Lukaku goal, Deulofeu assist

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,358 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

    Lukaku goal.

    Deulefeu assist.

Lukaku is having one of those games he has that really tempts you to bring him in. But you just know he'll screw you over.

    Lukaku subbed

despite nobody in my leagues having him he has knocked me back about 30k in the last few minutes !

Turned into a great game. Since I've no WBA players, another Everton goal would be great :pac:

    Fúck.

Leader in my league has Lukaku.

    Fúcking Everton fan.

What sort of ownership figure does Lukaku have lads? I don't think he'll do me too much damage in my main private leagues, but will he do us much harm overall?

20% or so. Someone in one of my big MLs has him captain......

    19.3%

    20% or so
    19.3%

    Bollocks.

One thing I notice with him is he tends to be in a lot of dead teams from year to year. He's the type of player that attracts that type of FPL player quite a lot for whatever reason. Hopefully this year will be the same.

Though that also means he probably features more in my main private leagues than I would like. Disaster of a night.

Nervous time's ahead for those of us with the myhill Mccarthy combo.

4 on 1, and everton F**k that up - so bad, Everton should have had a 4th goal

I had no idea Lukaku had such high ownership, jesus.

Will probably drop a bit when the update comes in.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

First GW owning Myhill and he gets me 1 point :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Yep, someone in my main private league actually captained him. Good ****ing Lord. 7 weeks in now, is the game going to start favouring us at all this season? I'm only half joking.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,268 ✭✭✭IsMiseMyself

Lukaku seems to be responsible for me dropping about 100k places. Who knew so many people owned him?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,358 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

The guy who is top of a cashless ML I'm in is incredible.

I've never seen a run like it.

The lad has 422 points before tonight. He'd Lukaku and Dawson tonight. He also has Payet (who he triple captained this week for some reason), Coutinho and Pellé. No Aguero, Pedro, KDB, Hazard, Martial, Mata or Sanchez.

He's come last pretty much every year before this.

The lad must be loving this. Fair play to him. He'll have 74 just for this GW when Lukaku gets his 3 BPs.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,502 ✭✭✭spock.

That was an odd game, FPL-wise.
Dawson my only player so I have to be happy.
Silva, Gomez --> Payet, Dawson went as well as I could have hoped.

    Edit: 72 for the week

Thats what Im talking about, 21 points from Lukaku and Morrison off the bench

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,886 ✭✭✭stephenl15

    No bonus for Dawson :(

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 13,224 ✭✭✭✭SantryRed

Jesus, looks like I'm gonna fall from my current GW position of 80k all the way back to 130k, mainly because of Lukaku I assume!

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,747 ✭✭✭Ziegler1988

Differential has bonus at Lukaku 3, Deulofeu 2, Berahino 1. Myhill with only one save. I'll finish on 37 points and a red arrow; at least I started the right WBA defender

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,553 ✭✭✭✭Dempsey

Lukaku, i.e. mr. inconsistent, hasnt done anything in weeks and he has ~20% ownership? What am I missing??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,654 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

Drop about 50,000 places...yikes. On the bright side, at least I didn't take a hit to get Evans in like I had seriously considered.

Seen some chap - 49th in the world - triple captain Payet today - is playing 2 up top - Pelle and Lukaku, - watch Lukaku get a hatrick now on Monday.

2 Goals and an assist and probably 3bps, same chap also has Dawson, some people run so good at this game.

    Seems to be Irish too

Is Differential fpl working for you? Still won't sync here.

Also. Might I suggest that the phrase '0-0 written all over it" be banned from the forum! :(;)

Edit. Never mind it's just started working again.

I know we're all saying (or at least trying to convince ourselves) that things are going to turn eventually, but we're through 7 weeks of the season now - that's virtually 20%.

I've been playing the game for about 8 seasons now and can't remember anything like this. Usually you get a run of a couple of weeks like this or the odd week dotted in here and there, but this is insane.

If it doesn't turn through GW's 8 and 9 where City host NEW and BOU, Chelsea host SOU and AVL, Arsenal play wat, unusual players that seem to be racking in big hauls for the so called casuals facing tough fixtures, then that would be 10 weeks (over a quarter of the season) and it may be time to reassess how we're playing the game this season.

Plenty of thinking ahead, but it has to turn in GW's 8 and 9, doesn't it?
