replacement router?

    who do I talk to to get a replacement router? I rang the tech line, got put onto another guy,put on hold,lost will to live after 9 minutes...where do i go from here??

    Hi Stovepipe, the guys in tech do have to do testing to determine and dispatch replacement modems. You should be able to get through there now on 1890260260 or on 1901, or you can get technical support on our webchat link here https://www.eir.ie/chatnow/ let me know if this does not work for you.
