Quite like the match up's and odds for Saturday 3pm games:

Villa v Swansea - have been backing against Villa all season and Swansea's indifferent form won't put me off at 8/5

Leicester v Palace - will be backing Palace DNB 11/8 and Palace/Btts 5/1

Norwich v WBA - both struggling but 16/5 for WBA looks an excellent price and DNB 7/4. Norwich were dreadful against Neecastle last week.

Stoke v Watford - Stoke are not the most reliable in games they 'should' win at home but again at 10/11 it seems worth a shot given both teams form.

Backing all as singles as well a double chance accum at 9/2, a draw no bet accum at 14/1 and a win accum at 75/1.

West brom & Swansea double made it a profitable day just about. Palace hard done by with penalty decisions but that is the last time I back Stoke at home against supposedly inferior opposition.

Gone with 4 draws in the PL today in doubles.

If Kompany starts will do him to be booked.

Small interest on my old pal Deyverson for Levante at 11am. He's as likely to be sent off as score, always a worry.

There hasn't been a draw in the Manchester derby in the last 12 games so I guess it is overdue....

Sampdoria (evens) unbeaten at home winning 3 out of 4 games vs Verona who haven't won on the road this season.

was hoping for slightly bigger on this from the likes of uni/888 but taking it anyway, very little value with the usual suspects in the card markets with most odds on, cant remember seeing so little value but for obv reasons i guess

booked in last three of this fixture and one of the few who rarely lets me down

colback to be shown a card 10/11 pp

putting my money where my mouth is today

already on soton dc 4/5 and sw 14/5
have just layed pool at 2.08 (mb)

most ive spent this year on a match by some way...which usually lose I might add but confidence is pretty high

hopefully a few of us will be freerolling after the bet365 offer :pac:

What are you on for the 365 offer mailburner?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,404 ✭✭✭✭Collie D

Don't usually bet on United games but the 365 offer is forcing my hand. Anyone any ideas for the qualifying bet?

I'll just do a correct score in play as it's a freebie and may as well take a punt for a good payout but stuck on the pre-game bet. Tempted by United/BTTS at 7/2 but probably biased.

dunno yet ronan but at the minute corners or city is whats in my head, even a draw
think its a game you have to watch a bit of first and decide

Courtesy of the FSA forum, Darmian is on 4 yellows one more and he gets a 1 game ban, if he gets it today he will miss the carling cup game mid week which he would probably be rested in anyway

    2.80 on the exchange

    Edit : Got matched @ 3.00

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,996 ✭✭✭✭PopePalpatine

I went for over 0.5 goals as my qualifying bet, I'm thinking of betting on the draw as my in-play bet.

Why not back either team to win then draw? For more profit?

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,996 ✭✭✭✭PopePalpatine

At least that way I'm covered if it's 0-0. :pac:

I don't think you understand me there.

Either team to win pre game.
    Draw in play

returns higher profit than over 0.5
    draw in play

Yeah, I get what you're saying Shano, I just have a feeling this game will be a draw. Don't take my word for it, as an Arsenal fan I have a vested interest in that happening. :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

Yeah, I do understand you. I just think this game will end in a draw, that's all.

I'm agreeing with you, but in the case that it didn't you'd have got more cash backing United/City win, rather than Over 0.5 :) Although both your bets can win if it's a score draw.

Remember that Astana rested 5 key players against Atletico? Well they did it because of tomorrow's game against Kayrat.
If Astana win, they'll narrow the gap with 1st placed Kayrat to just 2 points (Astana had a game in hand). Head2head show that there isn't much difference between these two.

    Astana DC @ 1.55
    Astana @ 3.00 small bet

0-1 to Astana! Cheers Las! :D

have to say its a lot more enjoyable watching the corners rack up as opposed to not wanting any :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,194 ✭✭✭FatRat

A lot less corners in this one than usual though, which is a balls :pac:

I think Bet365 know what the craic is with me and this offer. Because I got on Man City race to 7 corners at 15/4, and then literally a second after I bet, it's gone out to 11/2  This was when it was 1-0 on the corner count. Anyway, it's into 9/4 now and still looking like it has a chance. But that was seriously annoying.

    Bordeaux @ 1.55

Troyes have an awful coach who plays suicidal football like Bielsa at Marseille, except Marseille had quality players and Troyes don't. Troyes will use their 2nd choice keeper today (they think their keeper is the reason why theyre losing all the time lol...), he's the France U19 keeper but seeing that he conceded at home against Liechtenstein I doubt he's any good. Bordeaux need to bounce back after their defeat at home in the EL, if they don't beat this joke of a team their coach might as well resign.

Ah well, you can't win money in every 365 offer :pac:

Onwards to Liverpool vs Southampton where over 10 corners @21/20, I think, is a bit ridiculous. Also taking over 14 @13/2. Will keep an eye on Liverpool race to 7 in-play too.
