Was it to score first cos Villa scored before he came on.

No. I've treble checked the bet I did online. All 3 were anytime scorer.

    Advice needed here guys.

I did a tenner goalscorer and win patent.

Carroll and Hammers to win @ 10/1

Chamakh and Palace to win @ 6/1

Defoe and Sunderland to win @ 12/1

    So....

Carroll of injuredf after 10 minutes - loser

Chamakh on after 64 minutes - loser (I thought)

    Defoe and Sunderland - winner

My bookie voided the Chamakh bet and I got 270 when I was expecting 130.

    Any ideas ?

    Withdraw :)

You get Defoe and Sunderland single, and Defoe and Sunderland doubled with chamakh and palace (cuz is voided). So basically you get two singles @ 12/1 plus 10 back for voided single bet is 270.

This is it. Thanks Fuzzy. My brain should be ashamed of itself for not working that out. That's what age does eh.

Well done, but you shouldn't be aftertiming without a picture of the bet.

Anyone on PSG last night should sent a nice bottle of wine to the ref and linesmen in that match.
This went on before they scored their 2nd

Just like Chelsea and Man City to be fair. The only French team that could compete with them money-wise is Monaco but their president decided to stop spending money... but they do have the ressources, remember when they signed Falcao, James Rodriguez etc

Millwall v Oxford Utd. Info from welovebetting.co.uk (nice little site, thanks dio)
They’ve W11-D4-L1 in their last 16 and scored in all bar three of their 34 outings in 2015/16; weekend goal hero Kemar Roofe is also as good as any League One striker. Will also keep on eye on in play corners if over 10 drops to evens.

    Roofe anytime @ 21/10
    Just a nibble on this.

    Oxford United corners over 4.5 @ 4/6
    Corner count last 5 games: 9, 9, 14, 9, 2

Siva de Belediyespor race to 9 corners @5/6

It's half-time and the count is 6-1  It's a tight game too, it's not like their 6 in the FH were flukes. I'd be very surprised if they don't get 3 in the SH

Whenever I bet on prices like this that seem like way too good value in-play, I always end up losing. I would've given around 8/13 max for that bet. But once again the bookies are just too good at pricing!

No corner by them in the last 30 minutes did the trick for bet365 this time. Before that they averaged one every 7 or 8 minutes.

Corners, fun as they can be, are so unpredictable in play.
1 player being subbed can do a lot of damage.

Last night, Liverpool was @11 for the rt9 (think they were on 5, arse on 3) with 20 mins to go,
    I needed 11 total for a void, 12 for a winner.
I had a cash out of €55 (from 190, bet is in the after timing thread) that fell back to €34 when Campbell was subbed.

Then 3 corners in 3 minutes around the 80th and the 12th in the 87th made that rt9 a big missed opportunity.

But clearly the drop in my cash out when that sub was made, combined with the @11, bet365 didnt expect a lot of corners anymore in the last 15 minutes.

West Ham are 2/1 to beat Newcastle tomorrow.

Seems to be very high considering Newcastle's form, D2L4, and the fact West Ham have won their last 4.

I'd stay away from it to be honest, two new signings for Newcastle and played well vs Man Utd midweek, I actually fancy Newcastle to win this one.

    Both good points.

They did play well although Man Utd are an omnishambles at the moment.

Shelvey is good on his day and I don't know much about Saviet but I still think its a good price for West Ham especially after Payet's return.

Ever since Las mentioned how teams rarely go >5 games in a row without a win, I've been wary of bets against teams with such a winless streak. Now that I mention it, I regret betting on Celtic & BTTS tonight against Dundee Utd, who haven't won since Halloween!

Also, the Eredivisie is back, and Heracles are up against Twente.

    Brentford v Burnley
Andre Gray has five goals in his most recent 5 appearances, as well as 16 for their season. Indeed, both sides have seen the second-half win the Highest Scoring Half in 9/13 (69%) of their corresponding home/away games – that percentage chance of a repeat would equate to odds of around 4/9. We’re being offered 5/4 here.

    Andre Gray anytime 19/10
Most goals in 2nd half 5/4

Also followed Shano on the corners. I've lumped a big 20 eruos on Gray so he best not piss in my corn flakes tonight. YES FOLKS, A WHOLE 20 EUROOOOS!

Both Heracles and Twente are still complete, despite transfer rumours.

Heracles will want to "do" Twente after having to play the little brother to them for so many years (it is a regional derby)

I like the look of Ziyech in this, hes been good to me this season a few times. 6/4 isnt bad considering he also takes all the set pieces. Bet365 still dont have any goalscorer prices for the Sporting Clube game later, Slimani is lump material, hes in cracking form and Jorge Jesus has been talking him up in the Portuguese media.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,862 ✭✭✭✭inforfun

Ziyech sure is the main man there.
But he has been stripped of the captaincy after some interview in the newspaper. Criticizing everybody at Twente. Not saying he was wrong because it is a ****ign mess there but it was an exercise to get out of there.

I'd say it's more about losing streaks than winless streaks. The winless streak "theory" only applies to big teams imo

My focus on the corners tonight will be on the Nice v Angers game in France, 4th vs 2nd. I can see this as being a low scoring affair and with 85% of Angers's games had under 2.5 goals in total, I can see that trend continuing tonight. So corners could be on the cards with the pressure from Nice.

Both these team meet at the start of the season and it finished 1-1 with 9 corners on total, 3 for Angers and 6 for Nice.

The corner stats for both teams are up and down, and not really much of a pattern to be fair.

Angers opponents when away from home average 6.3 corners. Nice average themselves 3.8 which is quiet low and the total average fir their games is 7.7 while Angers is 10.4.

Nice last home game had 17 total corners and Angers last away game had 14 so they can be high counts.

So I'm leaning towards the home team to rack in a few tonight hopefully. Again stats aren't backing it up fully like most games I pick but I've got a hunch for this one after a look earlier at it.

Nice are are the team taking the cash tonight across the board so big game expected from them.

Total Nice Corners Over 4.5 @ 7/10 (Boyles) is the line and that looks fair and a nice bet.

But I'm having a stab at a higher line with Powers

    Nice over 6 corners @ 11/5
    Nice over 7 corners @ 7/2

Will also monitor total lines in play for any value.

Wish me look, I may need it.

Going for a double of over 2.5 team goals for Sporting and Celtic tonight @3.29

Will have an eye on a potential in play bet on them too.
