Contactless Mastercard

    Hi.  I heard that you now issue contactless Mastercards.  My card doesn't expire until 2018 but if I damage/lose it, would it then be replaced with a contactless one?  How long does it take to get a replacement card?

    Hi sitstill,

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    All new Mastercards issued after the 19th of September 2015 will be contactless cards.

    If you need to have your card reissued, once you call a new card will be ordered and will arrive at your statement address in the next 3-5 working days.
