Quick question, I work for a small company. I do an hour and half a extra a week to everyone else. I am doing the same job as the others. Do I have a case for arguing I should be the same as the others or am I stuck being treated differently as these were the terms I agreed to when accepting the job?

So your question is, "do I have to work the hours I agreed to when taking the job and stated in my contract?"
