    Not an all out TT, part of a 2.6k set and only really committed to going hard about 100/150 in, still another few secs.

    Rusty, went off too fast (2:45 200m), and died the last 200. Also had to stop to let speedsters past... not a great TT but enough to leave the pool angry and hungry for getting it right next time!

    Made a Horlicks of TT, went off great was in zone and totally lost count of laps. Came up when clock was saying 5:15 so was on 350m when I thought I'd finished TT, realised and did the extra 50m but by that time the mojo had go. So if it's ok with you lads I'll just put 6mins. I was on course to beat my last time I reckon.:rolleyes:

    Zero progress on less than 1 swim a week. <20km done in the pool this year. Need to get minimum 2 a week in March.

    Not swimming pretty by any means but swimming faster. Really pushing the sessions and doing much more faster paced sets than i would have done previously, following Tangos sets so credit due there.
    I have changed my outlook on swimming and how i approach it! I believe it is the fastest i have swam 400mtrs since the 5yrs i have been swimming.
    Now to make it count in OW/races!

    No more than 9k a week to date, on average probably 7k. Frequency and consistency the focus right now, getting 3 swims in a week and 4 at a push.

    Ok the Feb one was during a 2k main set and this one was in a short pool with a proper warm up and full effort. Still, under 6 :D

    Let's keep this wan rolling (or tumble turning?:)). Just did 4x400 as part of my main set last week, didn't really pace myself too smart, but still hoped to get to 6:30. Well, at least now I have a goal! (other than catching up with most of you :))
