    I sent an email to your customer service last Thursday and there is still no answer from them. I'm just wondering what their turnaround response time is.

    If you send us your details, we would be happy to look into your query here on Boards. We would just need you to confirm the following by private message:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
