New Apartments

Was out for a walk this evening and noticed new Planning Applications for 2 new apartment blocks beside the Killincarrig Roundabout. Who would have thought 3 years ago that we'd ever see big apartment blocks being built in Greystones again!! Checked the Wicklow Coco website and can't see the application up there yet.

Unlike other locations Greystones appears to have all the previously built apartment blocks occupied at enormous rents

I thought we might have seen the last of them. Except for the harbour area that might be an area in demand when they eventually fully develop it.

So it is. I wouldn't mind seeing the plans. The View Scanned Files doesn't work for me. Does it work for you?
