Street lights - not working

I've noticed quite a number of the street lights not working in the estates in Charlesland. For those of you in the dark perhaps this link will help shed some light http://www.airtricitysolutions.com/Content.aspx?key=report-fault I've used this before for the lamp outside my house and they had it fixed within a week.

We had two go in June & August in the Court (2 separate lights) , I emailed Management Company who had OFPM out to fix that week, a new cover had to also be sourced as original had dropped off.
