    Hi i lost my card and im looking to replace it. Just wondering will my bank details and a birth cert be ok to do so as i can not locate my passport an have no other forns of i.d.

    To cancel your card and request a new card please call BOI Direct on 0818365365 & a representative will be happy to arrange a new card to be sent to you.
