    Hi,

    My wife and I have a joint current account. How do we setup online banking for the account?

    Hi WhatsGoingOn2,

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    To set up Banking 365 Online on your account please call our activation team on 1890365500 and a representative will be happy to assist you and your wife.

    You will be asked to answer three simple security questions relating to you and your account to verify your identity, the representative will then instruct you on how to set up your own unique PIN and will then give you your User ID. You can then activate your account and start banking online straight away! You can then put your wife on to the representative and they will be happy to do the same.

    Representatives are available to take your call Monday-Friday 8am-8pm.
