Ios 9 safari issue

I clear my internet history every day, since I upgraded to iOS 9, it's logging me out of every site I've bookmarked or have shortcuts to, ie Boards.ie. Previously I'd remain logged in even when clearing all, any ideas ??

I'm guessing you go to settings and then safari and then scroll down to clear history and website data? Doing so will remove all data such as login details.
