Unable to Sync iPhone 5 with iTunes

    Anyone ever had this type of error with iTunes/iPhone?

    I cant sync my iPhone5 with iTunes. Its connecting correctly, but all my songs,photos,videos etc just appear as "Other" type of data...

    I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling itunes, but it made no difference. So im thinking either a virus or anti-virus software is preventng itunes reading the data on my phone..

    any ideas where i should start to try and correct this?

    Managed to sort this out myself.

    The problem was with Apple Mobile Device support..
    When I re-installed it, it still didn't work, so I tried to repair it (via the control panel). After a bit of a search online...I followed this:

    http://apple-mobile-device-support.updatestar.com/


    Once I followed theses steps...problem solved!
