A case of Schmidt lowering expectations I hope.

You hope for something that is so intangible as to be impossible

Would have preferred Toner for O'Mahony and then Henderson to 6 to be honest.

Case for Hendo to 6, with Toner at 4 and POM to the bench I think for France.

What's the basis, POM has been good today?

Its extremely frustrating. Especially when we get into a good position and in comes Murray with the box kick again. Its as if we have no real faith in our outside backs.

Hendo was better and Toner is a better option in the maul.

Hendo getting a breather for next week presumably. Reckon if the game wasn't so tight he'd have been off sooner.

Hendo has been class, no doubt about it. But POM has been good!

That's head wrecking there, Ireland going forward and he calls for them to use it!

Here's my case. Other than a fantastic tackle he's been quiet, certainly more quiet than I expect Henderson would be at 6. If Henderson is moved to 6 we can bring in Toner, it makes our lineout more effective but importantly he is absolutely crucial to our maul which is stuttering at the moment, hes also in a rich vein of form along with Henderson. I'd prefer the two of them playing.

Best has been very good today. solid lineout and powerful carries.

We didn't get to rest players today which isn't good.

Ah piss off, the same thing happened to an Italian scrum in the first half inside the Irish 22 and they just played on.

I'd love a breakaway Irish try- just something positive

If we were to drop POM to bench and move hendo to 6 I'd bring Ryan to second row, will need aggression against France.
