I am currently using a Windows phone but I am considering switching to Android, however I much prefer the UI (colours, fonts, theme etc on Windows phone and even the iPhone) compared to Android. Is it possible to get some sort of new UI to improve the stock look of Android?

You can actually get a launcher that makes Android look just like Windows from the play store.
