You only get rid of Mourinho if there is somebody better available. Guardiola won't become available until the summer, Klopp is too unpredictable, Ancelotti's been tried already and Chelsea will want Mou back in a couple of years anyway.

You write the league off, push on in the Champions League and the Cups and start utilising that expensive academy. Oh and buy John Stones.....
