Courtois is the type of keeper who needs a solid defense in front of him, quite similar to Cech really. Shame our defense has been **** the last 2 years.

I think he's top 5 in the world. With a high ceiling for improvement and a long way to go no doubt. Pity Belgians can't hold their tongues in the press but it wouldn't surprise me if Marca twisted his words one bit.

If Courtois wants to go and a fee thats acceptable is lodged then so be it. We'll replace him, I'd prefer to keep him, clearly but if he wants out, as long as hes replaced, life will go on.

Its not like we'd be losing Buffon.

I'd still play Courtois at RB over Ivanovic though, I'm assuming thats a given of every Chelsea fan?

Well in fairness to Courtois, hes only faced a small number of shots on target so its skewed slightly but I wouldnt blame him for any goal we've left in so far this year.

The defence is still a steaming pile of sh*te and if we cant sort that out it doesnt matter whos on goal, they'll sip goals.

We've yet to keep a clean sheet in the league, in fact Courtois last clean sheet was against Villa back in April 2nd and last year we only kept 7 cean sheets all year, 2 of them against Arsenal. :pac:
