Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Willians mother has passed away too. According to his Instagram anyway.

    Sad news.

    Very sad. :(

I've liked Willian since his Shaktar days and always hoped we would sign him, I think he's a great player, with his ability he should be scoring more and getting more assists but his game is much more than that. I'd be gutted if we sold him.

Yeah that's terrible news, hope he's coping okay

Only a few hours before that news broke the European based Brazilians were on a plane back to London, Paris, Liverpool etc etc

I've no idea if his mother was in Brazil or London but I wouldnt be surpirsed if hes not there on Saturday.

A reported £60m a year from some sources.

I'd have preferred to keep Adidas but if it means more money for the club, I couldnt care who makes the kit.

I am, the same source are reporting that two betting companies have suspended betting on Conte being the next manager to be sacked

    LOL.

Guus back so in time for a christmas bonus?

It really only takes a few people or someone with stupid money betting on Conte being next out the door for betting to be suspended.

There was articles the pther day saying Conte was going to have a bust up over ttransfer dealings and I'd say someone is specualting he'll be out the door soon.

The results are much better than last year already so its not that for one anyway.

No bet it was Brendan Rodgers and he is being lined up to take over after ToL is sacked so it is clear we would need his blessing :P:P:P

    leicester press conf

Antonio Conte says he is focused on his work and improving the team. He adds he has a good relationship with the club

John Terry is available for tomorrow's game

'We are very sad for Willian, our prayers are with him and his family.'

'We have a week between games, which gives us more time to improve the physical and tactical aspect.'

'The Italian people were happy Claudio won the title with Leicester, he's a good manager and a good man

we are trying to find the best solution for the players. In the last game we played well; Willian, Hazard and Costa did what I want.

'It was necessary to find a new solution because it's not right that a team like Chelsea were conceding so many goals.

'I love the players who always show a good spirit. The central defenders must be very aggressive and cover the space.'

on Kante: 'He's very important and we are very pleased to have him with us. He has good stamina, technique and personality.

'Batshuayi is a young player with great potential in the technical and physical aspect. He's ready to play from the start

Wonder does that mean he'll start the Batman?
He can hardly drop Costa, he's been immense.

Nah, no hope Costa will be dropped hes the top scorer in the league.

The ideal solution is to use both of them but that doesn look like happening anytime soon.

Hazard has said he wants to play as a #10 too.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,405 ✭✭✭Lukker-

Think we might see the 3-5-2 again with Bats and Costa up front. Hazard at #10. Alonso and Moses wingbacks again.

I think when Zouma comes back and if we persist with the system we'll see Azpilicueta as the RWB with a trio of Terry, Luiz and Zouma.

Cahill starting and captain. Better score 2 or more to have a chance to win

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,259 ✭✭✭HalloweenJack

Loving the intensity of this start.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,120 ✭✭✭justshane

This is great stuff to watch

Need to convert some chances and keep the pressure up. Playing well even with Pedro

Alonso really offers a lot on the left. We're dominating but Cahill is still even the weak link, couple of no pressure miss hit passes already.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,625 ✭✭✭✭Johner

Brilliant stuff so far, Leicester have been very poor.

Really liking him and Moses as the wing backs.

We need to get a second while on top like this.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,120 ✭✭✭justshane

It's so much fun having Luiz back, unbelievable free kick that hits the post, stepovers on the wing and a failed overhead kick in the space of 60 seconds haha

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,625 ✭✭✭✭Johner

    Kante has been excellent.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,625 ✭✭✭✭Johner

Luiz is brilliant in this position, goal started from his ability to cope with a striker running at him and acting calm and picking out a blue shirt.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,405 ✭✭✭Lukker-

Box to box role suits Kante.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,625 ✭✭✭✭Johner

    Brilliant performance so far.

Ah Moses, you had loads of time!
