I'm shooting both cci stingers and subsonics I'm my cz 455 .22 at the minute. I have used a suppressor on the subsonics but can I use it with the stingers or is it only subsonic rounds that can be suppressed

All rounds can be suppressed the only difference is the result.

A round that creates a sonic crack can be quietened. IOW a reduction in the heard report of the shot (but never silent). A subsonic round is easier done as it never produces a sonic crack therefore the reduction in the heard report is or seems more significant.

In short, subs are better.
