Debit card read invalid

    Hello! My debit card has very suddenly become invalid, I cannot use it at an atm or online. It was very random as it was working fine until this weekend and as it happened over the weekend I am unable to contact my local branch. Please help me fix this, I really need it sorted asap.

    To check why your bank card has stopped working please call BOI Direct on 0818365365 & a representative with account access will be happy to assist you.

    If you need to make a withdrawal today you can go to your local branch with photo ID they will be happy to assist you. Please note withdrawals for €5,000 or more will need to be order 24 hours in advance.
