    Ran the marathon with a Camelback...and did 50hrs a week training.....including 650km swimming,15500 km biking and 2600 km running in the first 6 mths of 2015!!! More is more~!!!!

    well, according to his injury problems from the past it just seems he got lucky and hopefully will hire somebody to get some structure into his trainings.

    Nonetheless, the story is really inspiring, the guy must love the sport + he is for sure a natural talent. Seems like he has really convenient past (swimming since he was kid, having active family holidays etc). I would really like to see the guy taking it to next level (lol, saying that for age group Kona winner just seems silly) :)

    50 hours a week training, my goodness. Even for Kona that's pretty extreme, even as a student that's pretty impressive.

    But first triathlon in 2014?? He could really be quite good.

    I hope BTH is hanging his head in shame after pulling out of CK Tri with a measly 40km to go on the bike just cos he only had one pedal........

    Just posted about this on the other thread :)

    When I saw this it made me think alright, but I was so pissed off and had lost so many places before I figured out what had happened. It was probably my best swim of the year too which was very annoying.
