    Can you preclear immigration for Canada at Dublin Airport?
    If no foes anyone know how long immigration takes on arrival to Toronto?

    No Canadian pre-clearance in Ireland, just US. How long it will take to clear it will depend on how many other flights arrive in at the same time as ours.
