    Hi,

Very quick thread, can anyone give me a link or explain the correct way to do this? seem easy at first glance but any help would be appreciated. my shoulders are very tight from years of swimming, boxing etc.

thanks in advance for the help :D

yes thanks.I know but im stuck on one part. some say your arm creases should be in line.others say when the broom touches your lower back, bend you arms to take pressure off the shoulders and return top the anterior stance, whereas others just continuously go back and fourth elbows locked 20 reps etc.I suppose once I'm feeling it and not hurting myself I'll start broad grip and work in.Thanks
