E-fibre "..router has not authenticated with the eircom network."

    Hi,
    I having been having issues with my internet connection since friday, constantly losing connection everyday.
    Troubleshooting brings up this:

    "Your internet connection is not working.
    Your DSL connection is active but you are not connected to the internet.
    The most common reason for this is that your router has not authenticated with the eircom network.
    Click here to login to the router and check Internet Connection Setup.
    Click here to recheck the connection status.
    Click here to run a diagnostic test."

    I am on E-Fibre.

    Would be grateful if someone could look into this for me
