Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys,
Read the charters, but please do correct me if im wrong somewhere.

Bought a baby Varadero 125, and in the spur of the moment, forgot to check it fully....
Turns out it has no seat lock.

Not quite sure what to do....the key goes into the keyhole, it turns, but does nothing....so I took of the seat, only to see, that the cable is not connected to ANYTHING. The seat can be taken right off at any moment, so its a pretty big issue....dont exactly want to be returning home from college standing up on the pegs the entire way when someone robs the seat :D :P

There is no sort of locking mechanism, only the cable sticking out underneath the seat....what do? Any advice?

    Thanks in advance,
    V.

Ring around a few bike breakers for a scrapped one you should get the bits you need for a few quid, they would not be the most sought after parts
