Hello, I used to have a 3V card back in 2008 until about 2010 and I haven't used it since. Now it seems they have changed it. Do I still need my 3V card to top up and get the ccv code by phone? Someone mentioned that no 3V card is required anymore, I can just go to any news agent and ask for 30 euro 3V. Is that how it…
